[Bska] Monthly Social Skat Evening

Hello All,
 
The next social evening will be on Wednesday, March 4th at the Young  Chelsea 
Bridge Club, 32 Barkston Gardens, SW5 0EN,  2 mins from Earl's  Court tube 
(Earl's Court Rd exit). from 7-00pm.onwards
 
 
The Rising Sun, which we used last month,  turned out not to be  suitable, 
and as Wednesdays suit the YC better, we'll be meeting on the first  Wednesday 
of each month.

 
 
The idea is that it will be just a regular place to meet and play Skat,  
completely informal, just turn up and play, with whatever variations each table  
agrees on. Don't worry if you can't be there for 7 o'clock, arrive when you 
can. 
 
If you know anyone who would like to learn the game, or refresh their  memory 
of it, bring them along, this will be an ideal opportunity to teach them  the 
game.
 
The club charge £3-50 a head (a discount on their normal rate), but it's an  
excellent venue, and the food and drink is reasonably priced. Salads, toasted  
sandwiches and the like are available until about 9-00pm
