[Bska] Skat in Oxford: Feb. 19th

Dear Skat players,

I have fixed the date of this term's Duplikat Skat event in Oxford.  It 
will again be in The Kite, on Sunday February 19th.  See

I apologise to those who have voted for a different date, and cannot 
manage that one.  I have chosen the date to please as many as possible.

There are other Duplikat Skat events on both the adjacent weekends:  
Saturday 11th in Tadley, and Saturday 25th in London.  This is 
unfortunate, but it is the result of the majority vote.
