[Bska] Skat dates

Dear Skat players,

I have now fixed Saturday February 9th as the date of the next BSkA event
in Oxford.  This will again be in The Kite (but with an even greater 
choice of
real beers), and like our previous Kite events, it will be Duplikat Skat.

Two weeks later, on Saturday February 23rd, Maria Gragert will be running
another Skat tournament in the Young Chelsea.
