[Bska] Next tournament, all 2018 dates, and an apology

Dear Skatplayers,

Our next tournament in London will be on Sunday Jan 21st 2018, not the Saturday as intended.

Having established a regular pattern for tournament dates, I didn't book early enough, and the Saturday was unavailable. Apologies for that.

The rest of the 2018 dates are ok, and fit the pattern of third Sundays in March, July and November; third Saturdays in May and September:

Sunday Jan 21st. Not the Saturday
Sunday March  18th
Saturday May 19th
Sunday July 15th
Saturday Sept 15th
Sunday Nov 18th

We also hope to hold at least two tournaments in Oxford, and the informal evenings will continue on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.

Further details on all of these,  and the German YMCA's evening tournaments nearer the times.
