Hi Nick

We won't be able to join you on Sunday until the second session (much as 
for Minchiate weekends).  This is what we meant by Saturdays preferred. 
We can arrive by 12.45 and would like to grab something to eat befoer we 
play. It sounds like this timing will work for you, providing you will 
be quorate for the first session.
