[casual_games] game copyright

I played a pretty good Space Invaders clone in my browser from 
download.com so I was once again thinking about this issue when I posted 
the link.  I know that if I owned a strong back catalog I would want to 
take advantage of it so having clarification of the rules was and is 
interesting to me.

Sorry all about responding to Wills resume - I didn't notice that it was 
sent to the forum and just assumed it was a direct email.
