[casual_games] The 10 meg file limit

My thought is, 11 megs makes it under the statute of limitations, but 12 
is iffy and 15 is right out.  Remember the wisdom of Daniel James of 
Puzzle Pirate fame, as quoted in Game Developer last month -- "people 
hate to download software."  --Hal
