The py2exe program pack all the python files (i.e modules) of a program 
in a nice executable. Once pack, the user has just to deploy one exe and 
the data (those two could be packed into one using another tool like 
molebox).

For a dev, python and pygame and numeric should be enough. Three 
installs. that's it.
