[game_edu] Save the date message

The Games for Health Game Jam will be held at the University of
Baltimore, October 18-19. The idea is to produce a game for health in 24
hours. There are two divisions: student and professional. Teams will use
their tools of choice and will be composed of not more that 4
developers. The theme will be announced at noon on October 18.
Presentation of games will begin at noon October 19. Prizes will be
awarded based on voting by game and medical professionals.
