[game_edu] Conferences

Thank you Darren - great job. I spent a few minutes and have updated with
additional conferences. Everyone is welcome to post any new ones that pop-up
- I think this is a great resource and now we can point everyone there. I
know this will be very helpful to not only academics, but industry folks as
well.
