[game_edu] Doctorate in Game Design / Development

I'll also point out that, because PhD work (at least in computer  
science) is highly tailored to topic and advisor, many PhDs working  
now in the games space are products of a CS PhD program.  Most of  
these have had training comparable to what a PhD specifically in games  
would provide.
