[game_edu] SXSW

[Mike Sellers]

I live in Austin but have gone to SXSW only a couple of times.  For games
it's only been in the past couple of years that it's been really relevant,
and even then it's sort of a side-light to GDC (the fact that it's usually
right before or right after GDC doesn't help).
