Hi All,

As you may know, the IEEE International Games Innovation Conference, a major international gathering of video game developers, is being held at The Strong's ICHEG  in Rochester, New York on September 7 to 9. If you are a member of the media and interested in covering this conference, please send us a note along with a summary of your press credentials and previous publications.

Press passes are extended to:

Editors and reporters of a nationally or regionally recognized newspaper, magazine, internet, radio, or television company that gathers and reports video game industry news content. Proof of at least two recently bylined news stories is required.

Freelance journalists with specific assignments, or with a track record for having published relevant articles in the industry within the past year. Proof of at least two recent bylined publications is required.

Website writers, editors, and bloggers who cover original, industry-related news content that is updated at least weekly and receives at least 20,000 unique site visitors per month.

While travel and accommodations are up to individual reporters, press will have access to all of the day's presentations, tours, and professional events.
