[game_edu] Evaluating individual students on semester long project classes

Of course, this means that a student can never improve their grade with
evaluations. It also means that their maximum grade is the grade the
overall assignment got.

If we imagine that the overall project grade is the *average* of the
grades of the team members, rather than the maximum, I think the overall
assessment would be more fair.
