[game_edu] Request for books recommendations

I second Jason's suggestion of the Lean Startup by Eric Ries - and perhaps
as an optional text, something more interview-oriented like Gamers at Work
(edited by Morgan Ramsay) or Coders at Work (blanking on the editors name)?
