Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in the School of Software

The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology is an Australian
leader is practice-based education and industry engagement, and has
significantly invested in its research profile and operations to develop an
internationally renowned research culture and profile.

The School of Software is seeking to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer
for a full-time continuing appointment. You will join an active, vibrant
and friendly School with an excellent track record in cutting-edge research
and teaching, which includes a leading role in providing postgraduate
research training in Information Technology.

Apply your strong experience to undertake teaching activities in Database,
Database Programming, and Business Intelligence Modelling areas; and to
undertake research activities in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics,
Intelligent Information Systems and related areas.

The successful candidate must have obtained a PhD in Computer Science,
Information Technology or a very closely related field.

As well as making a contribution to the teaching and research activities of
the Faculty, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your experience
and interest in external engagement activities and participate in School
and Faculty decision-making forums.

Based close to Central Station, UTS is at the hub of the transport network
whilst offering easy access to the City and its facilities. UTS also offers

Salary range:

Senior Lecturer $108,096 to $120,782 pa

Lecturer $88,923 to $101,754 pa
