Announcing Our New Steering Committee





The IGDA Game Education SIG is thrilled to announce our new Steering
Committee. These members will work with the SIG Chair to help lead our SIG
into the Future!!



*David Seelow*

David Seelow has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Stony Brook
University (State University of New York), has taught in the Humanities for
over twenty years and publishes widely on literature, the graphic novel,
and critical theory. He has four state education licenses and co-founded
the Center for Game and Simulation-Based learning at Excelsior College- a
non profit Online learning college- in 2013.



*Derric Clark*

Derric Clark is the Game Program Champion at the University of Advancing
Technology in Tempe, Arizona. He works within multiple areas of technology
to find the opportunities in the intersections of technologies in order to
solve problems or find innovative solutions that create new products.



*Erin Margolis *

Erin Margolis is Founder and CEO of Game Dev House, a portal to the gaming
world that brings game industry speakers to you.  She is a member of
several boards, and an adviser to various schools, including stints as Lead
Instructor and Assistant Director for iD Tech Camps at Harvard and
Princeton universities. Prior to GDH, Erin worked in the game dev industry
for several years, on titles running the gamut, from small and indie, to
large AAA games, Including [THQ's Frontlines Fuel of War, Disney's
Ridemakers, and a Ubisoft Far Cry 2 commercial for Intel].



*Linda Sellheim*

Linda has worked in tech and education for the last 16 years teaching and
designing curriculum. Linda is currently the content manager for 3D +
Animation and CAD learning content at lynda.com/Linkedin. She came to
lynda.com from San Diego where she was Director of the Media Design School
of Digital Arts launching new games and animation programs from the sister
school in Auckland New Zealand. Prior to that she served as the Academic
Segment Manager for K-12 Education at Autodesk where she managed the
strategy and production of all Autodesk curricula into target academic
markets.


 *Steve Graham*

Steve Graham, Ph.D., has a background in software development and has split
his career among a variety of companies, schools, and roles. For the past
seven years, he has been leading the B.S. in Computer Game Design program
at Dakota State University.
