[game_edu] Student IP coursework (Rich Durham)

We've had student create a contract about IP ownership as part of forming a
team. Something simple, so it doesn't stop the process. I've used a website
for this in the past, http://www.backofanapkin.co.nz/ which turns out to be
a pretty fun approach to a group agreement. It's been useful for preventing
the types of problems Deanna described.
