Subject: [game_edu] New Book on Unity and C#

Hi There,

This is just to let you know of a new book called "Unity from
Proficiency to Mastery (C# Programming)" that is available today.

I have been liaising with several teachers who have used one or all of
the books in the series "Unity from Zero to Proficiency" in the past
year. Many found these books very useful to introduce programming
concepts, and to motivate students to develop their coding skills
while creating a game.

Many teachers found the instructions quite detailed and step-by-step.
This being said, as their students managed to reach good levels of
proficiency with Unity, they also wanted to find a resource that
focused more on C# programming.

So this book was created for this purpose and it includes over 300
pages of step-by-step instructions to help readers become more
proficient in C# for Unity, including: being able to (1) understand C#
and Object-Oriented Programming in-depth, (2) apply these concepts in
Unity and implement common game mechanics through the built-in classes
available in Unity, and (3) optimize the code so that it is easy to
maintain over time.

The book is on promotional offer today (Tuesday) for $1.29 (instead of
$6) here https://www.amazon.com//dp/B076ZQHKQT/.

There are 12 free evaluation copies up for grabs for this book, on a
first-come, first-served basis.

So, if you'd like a free copy of this book, you can just email me at
pfelicia at gmail.com.

I hope this helps.

Very Best Wishes,

- Patrick
