[games_access] Playstation 3 Controller

I just saw the video from the BBC website and recommend people look at that.
It shows off what the motion sensitivity is like, which I didn't understand
as clearly from only reading the article.

While it seems really cool for me personally, I hope it's not required to
play the games for other people that have limited arm movements.
