Hi everyone,

It's going to take me the weekend to catch up on all my mail that I missed while I was at the hospital at University of Michigan. My sister in law was diagnosed with end stage ovarian cancer so she has very little time, as the cancer was everywhere. She went from going in to see a doctor for digestion problems and now she's in hospital dying...all in the matter of a few days. It's especially not easy knowing that she's only 35 and this is a cancer that usually shows up after 50 or 60 years of age.

So...I just wanted to let everyone know that I was back and to apologize for my complete cyber absence. 

FYI -- there's some major stuff going on with IGDA and web presence and I'm trying to sort out what that means for our site. From what I can see, the other SIG chairs are pretty upset so once I've caught up on that I will let you all know what's happening.

Great news about the Torque engine -- I'm replying to that email as I write this. I'll be interested to see the discussion on that and promote it to Josh at Garage (if someone already hasn't done that).

So give me the weekend to catch up and see what's happening with everyone!
