[games_access] Head Controls section added to OneSwitch Accessible Gaming Shop

I've nearly got the Accessible Gaming Shop out of "under construction" status, after adding a head-controllers section.

A really good discovery for me was the TetraMouse - a highly affordable ($140 USD) dual joystick that can be controlled by head and even by a person's tongue.
