[games_access] ALERT Game Book Uploaded for the DVD

Hello John,

thanks, OK, I'll look into the manifest html file, it's a good idea to  
have some intro text about each game although I don't think we have  
that for every game (of course I can whip something up but not sure it  
will be correct so maybe better off not having it for those games)
