Our experiences with this device over the 15 years or so it has been around is that it possibly act as a sensitive muscle switch but 'mind control' in any effective way is way beyond the unit's capabilities. I have yet to be convinced after a number of demonstrations and trials that is reliable or reproducible enough to be effective.
