There's also been a hand controller version of DDR that's been out 
for quite some time (over 5 years maybe)? Barrie knows more about the 
history of that then I do but it was a way for paraplegics (and 
others with mobility and visual disabilities) to play DDR using a 
small handsized version of the DDR dance pad.
