[games_access] Game Accessibility -> Usability ?

Hi,

I think that in most cases Game Accessibility Features are Usability
Features for most gamers.
When I play games I often would like to have some Accessibility Features,
also I do not need it because of disability.
I would like to enjoy games more and would like to have them as usability
features.

Of course there are sometimes GA Features that can also disturb the
gameplay.
But for this, this option can be placed under Accessibility.
