[games_access] Now: Other Potential "Disabilities"

Situationally cognitively disabled is a tricky term. I'd stick with
saying that the individual would benefit from solutions for those
with cognitive disabilities strengthening the need for accessibility
solutions that can help those without a permanent disability.
Something like that. :)
