[games_access] Website Updates and Updated Top 10!

Hello!

I didn't know if everyone had noticed yet, but we have had some changes to
our websites lay out as well as some additional information!

If you go and check out the "About Game Accessibility" tab, information is
now now broken up by area (visual, cognitive, mobility, and audio) where you
can see types and definitions (information about the disabilities itself)
and then accessible solutions. Most of that information was on the site in
some way before, now the information has just been rearranged.

Additionally, we've revamped the top 10 list! We also offer links to the old
top 10 list as well as links to the Special Effect wish list.

Huge awesome announcement coming soon. It will be great, I promise!
