[games_access] games_access Digest, Vol 98, Issue 17

In my mind at least there's just a problem in the games industry, not with the terminology. In other industries accessibility explicitly means disabilities, but for games it has also been used to describe low barrier to entry.
Lack of consistency like that doesn't do anyone any favours, so instead of changing the terminology we should be changing people in the games industry's idea of what the correct terminology actually means.
