MaKey MaKey is a PCB board that allows you to make touch controls out of anything that can conduct a little electricity. Such as bananas, Play-doh, water and so on.
The accessibility possibilities are huge.
The ability to cut costs in devices is huge (e.g. - $35 / £25 for the MaKey - a bit more for crocodile clips - then a beach ball for a humongous switch.

Via an Ultimarc iPac, it's possible that this will work beyond PC/Mac, and maybe on most consoles too with the right adapters. I'm hopeful.
