[games_access] Idea: Empty categories for Game Accessibility (Sandra Uhling)

It could be difficult to get award organisers to buy into something like that, but lack of content shouldn't be a problem though, especially not with international awards. Even if you just take a small niche, like blind-accessible iPhone games, there's still more than enough nice stuff being produced now to generate a decent spread of award entries.
