[games_access] Blink System: development thoughts needed....

Hi all,

A guy called Adam Barnett is looking for feedback on his blink-switch
system: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fuYTe6y2DA

His intention is to provide accessibility at a very low cost (he plans on
giving it away for free once it's finished and all that it will require is
a basic PC and cheap webcam).

Meanwhile, there was an alternative he found b-link
http://b-link.sourceforge.net/ but he said it didn't seem too usable.
