[games_access] One switch / one button Call of Duty

Hi,

Quick link to a free to download game accessibility system (PC and Titan
One adapter needed).

It's early days, and takes a bit to get working, but when it does, this is
possible:

What would make it much better, is if there were meaningful difficulty
level adjustment in the game. Unlimited ammo, enemies that can't hurt you /
unlikely to hurt you and so on.... Is anyone aware of a first person
shooter that has those options already?
