[games_access] Spare GDC Ticket

Hello all,

It turns out that I have an extra /Independent Games Summit/ pass to 
this year's GDC in SF.  I offer it as a gift to anyone here on the GA 
mailing list who might be able to put it to good use.

I checked with the UBM Events Registration Department and found that a 
GDC ticket can be transferred into another person's name simply by 
filling out a one page form.  In other words, the entire process 
shouldn't be very complicated.
