Good point raised by Jack! I haven't worked in club competitions :-) so
I hadn't thought of this.

Which leads to the issue - allow for toggle ON/OFF of Spots going OUT
and ON/OFF Spots coming IN

(default to OFF and OFF :-) :-) )
