[PAGID] Use of Rituximab in opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome

Better late then never: I have treated one patient with rituximab. Interestingly, she had been treated for localized neuroblastoma in the past.

In our patient, there was also IBD and a poorly defined rheumatologic condition. All got better after ritux.

She was already on IVIG and I certainly recommended continuing that, and we follow B-cell reconstitution as well.

Regards,

JB
