[PAGID] patient who lacks long-term memory antibody responses

We have seen such immunological behavior in patients relative of CVID
patients without overt hypogammaglobulinemia.
Moreover, it's important to think about CD21 deficiency, that could lead
to rapid decrease of antibody titers and a leaky memory. CD21 decreases
the antigen requirement to induce a secondary response by up to 10,000 fold.
