I just sent a 4 year old EBV + XLP-2 to Dr. Buckley at Duke.  According to her she has transplanted a few with reduced intensity conditioning.

We recently diagnosed a 4 yo with XLP-2 (XIAP mutation). He is EBV naïve at this point.  I wondered if anyone has experience with HSCT in these patients.
