[PAGID] XIAP with HLH- awaiting bmtx

Dear Colleagues,

We recently identified an 18yr old male with XIAP deficiency as the basis of his HLH.  He has done well on the HLH protocol and is scheduled to have histocompatible transplant from his older unaffected brother shortly. 
 
We would be interested to discuss conditioning protocols etc with colleagues who have had experience with this disorder.
