There is some literature to support cellcept or rapamycin. We use rapamycin.

I follow a 15yo boy with documented CD95 mutation. He has had recurrent
episodes of profound hemolytic anemia (Hgb to 4.5). He is VERY healthy
between episodes.



He has an HLA-identical family member.



Is the recurrent hemolysis a justification to consider HSC transplant?
