Thank you, yes I was aware of your case report.  There have been no unpublished cases sent to me so far.  This attests to the effectiveness of immunisation.  Hopefully this syndrome will only be of historical significance with better immunisation coverage.

WE published a case many years ago.

Dear colleagues,

We have had a long standing interest in rubella associated hyper IgM syndrome (rHIM).  This is a very rare complication of congenital rubella.  They have become extremely uncommon in developed countries after the advent of immunisation.

If anyone has any cases, I would like to compile them into a case series.  You would of course be invited to be a co-author, after satisfying authorship criteria.
