[CIS-PAGID] isotretinoin in CMC

I have cared for three sibs with chronic candida enterocolitis responsive to
imidazoles (genetic evaluation in progress) for many years. The oldest, now
16, has acne. The dermatologist has recommended isotretinoin (Accutane). Are
there any concerns using that drug in this setting?
