[CIS-PAGID] Heterotopy w/polysplenia

What are people's thoughts about antibiotic prophylaxis for infants with polysplenia but good uptake on spleen scans and no Howell-Jolley bodies on smear?  And for how long would one prophylax?  Mom is very resistant to "drugs".
