Hello all,

I am looking for an immunologist in the Salt Lake UT area to refer one of my patients to. He is a 20 year old with CVID and chronic lung disease who has started his service as a Mormon missionary in the area. He will complete his mission work over the next 2 years in the Salt Lake area. Despite previous attempts the family has been unable to find a physician to accept him. He is currently on subQ IgG and is fairly stable however he has history of frequent respiratory problems and needs someone in the area to follow him.  He also just sent me a picture over email that looks as if is infusion sites may be infected (or overused-it is difficult to tell from the pic) so I have instructed him to go the local ED for evaluation. Please let me know if you know of someone that I might refer him to.
