The only reference I know for normal Ig levels in preterm babies is the following:

M. Ballow et al. Pediatr Research 1986;20:899-904.

Normal premie levels may be surprisingly low, especially if infant was 25-28weeks gestational age. According to this reference the normal range for this baby is ~ 59-307 (geometric mean 134) mg/dL.

Dear Juan Carlos, good morning

IgG transference through placenta improves significantly after 32nd week.

Preterm children born before 32nd week are hypogammaglobulinemic and sometimes present relapsing infections, needing Ig replacement.
