I am also wondering if it is really an im vs sc injection- is CPK also going up ?. It might be interesting to give one dose of the same peparation IV (or privigen if he is taking Hzentra) to see if that also raises the creatinine. In that case, it might be some kind of transient immune complex nephritis ?

Jason,

Even if increased creatinine is real (intramuscular instead of SQ
injection?), unlikely this represents renal insufficiency. I would
measure a cystatin C or iothalmate clearance to document that renal fx
is not truly affected.
