Dear Dr. Ziegler,
Thank you for your interest. The patient was admitted this week in my hospital, I have suggested a biopsy of the skin lesions (they look like inflammatory infiltrates). I will take photographs and send them to you next week (now I am in another city).
I attach a summary of his history.
Kind regards,

Dear Juan Carlos
We have a patient with a myelodysplastic disorder and PID who presented with neonatal Sweet syndrome. The patient was included in this series:

The skin biopsy showed a neutrophilic process. Has your patient had biopsy of the rash? What was the age at presentation?

Dear colleagues, I saw today a patient with suspected juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia and erythematous skin infiltrates in hand and feet (managed before as "cellulitis"). I have never seen a similar case before, so I wonder if you have any pictures about how do skin lesions look in these patients.
Thank you very much.
