[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] ataxia-telangiectasia

Dear Sunena, since respiratory infections are common in this patients due to several reasons (PID itself but neurological impairment, swallowing disorders,...) and radiation minimization is mandatory (if no infection happens, no X-ray is needed)  we are currently treating all our patients with A-T with IV or SC Ig (even more if unresponsiveness to polysaccharydes is present) to minimize the incidence of respiratory infections.
