[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] dermatomyositis and unexplained sensory disorder

I have a patient 15 year old
with diagnostic:
1. Dermatomyositis and fast evolution
2. Pancreatitis complicated cyst (post surgery)
3. Central Cateter Venous infected (fever)
4. Unexplained sensory disorder
without biopsy
Treatment
1. Dexamethazone 25mg/dia
2. Nutrition by nasogastric sonda
3. Paracethamol
Problema unresolved is about
1. unexplained sensory disorder
-
- Pan angiography without evidence of impaired cerebral
- CT and MR with mild cerebral atrophy of white matter no signs of
vasculitis
- Electromyography with signs of peripheral denervation
What would be your suggestions and review of the case?
