Could this fit a form of IgG4 disease? Try to check the IgG4 level. If it is high, our chief of Rheumatology in Medicine, Luis Espinosa is Peruvian and an expert in IgG disease. I could put you in touch with him.

Dear Wilmer, good evening

Which is the gender of the patient?
What about his/her Ig levels and B cell counts?
Is there any evidence of a CNS viral disease, such as enterovirus?
Is there any evidence of a secondary immunodeficiency, such as HIV infection?

Best regards,

Dewton Vasconcelos
